DANGEROUS GOODS

Please check the information concerning dangerous goods and other items you either are not allowed to bring on board at all or can only include in your checked baggage.

These hazardous materials are considered dangerous and cannot be taken on board at all:

• Explosives, for example: fireworks
• Flammable liquids, for example: fuels
• Flammable solids, for example: matches
• Flammable gases, for example: camping gases
• Radioactive Substances and Medicines
• Poisons
• Corrosive substances, for example: strong cleaning liquids or batteries
• Oxidisers, for example: nitric acid
• Damaged batteries (Lithium or Spillable)

The following items cannot be included in your carry-on baggage:

• Guns, firearms and other devices that discharge projectiles.
• Objects with a sharp point or sharp edge capable of being used to cause serious injury.
• Devices designed specifically to stun or immobilise.
• Tools capable of being used either to cause serious injury or to threaten the safety of the aircraft.
• Blunt instruments capable of being used to cause serious injury when used to hit.

The following items cannot be included in your carry-on or checked baggage:

• Explosives and incendiary substances and devices.

Passengers are not permitted to include explosives and incendiary substances and devices capable of being used to cause serious injury or to pose a threat to the safety of the aircraft in their checked baggage, including:

• ammunition
• blasting caps
• detonators and fuses
• mines, grenades and other explosive military stores
• fireworks and other pyrotechnics
• smoke-generating canisters and smoke-generating cartridges
• dynamite, gunpowder and plastic explosives

Lithium battery–powered devices and portable electronic devices are PROHIBITED in CHECKED BAGGAGE and shall be transported in the cabin as carry-on baggage.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• spare/loose lithium batteries
• power banks
• lighters
• battery-powered electronic smoking devices and consumer electronic equipment (e.g., watches, calculators, cameras, telephones/mobile phones, computers/laptops, and external hard drives)

If in doubt, keep the item with you in the cabin and contact the airline handling agent before travelling.

Note: Carriage lithium-ion batteries as cabin baggage is permitted providing that in each electronic device containing lithium metal or lithium alloy batteries the lithium content does not exceed 2 g or in each electronic device containing lithium-ion batteries the watt-hour rating does not exceed 100Wh.
